This is the Anada Bowl and it has loads fresh veggies like baby corn, carrots, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, and pumpkin! Below the veggie paradise you can find delicious organic brown rice! This is a super filling and tasty dish… can’t wait to go back for another bowl!One plate of diced tomatoes… sure why not?!
While at Anada Restaurant in Koh Phangan we enjoyed this tomato and basil salad. Yes, it’s simple but sometimes simple is simply best (haha!) Of course this dish would have failed miserably if those tomatoes weren’t so high quality and vibrant! Honestly, I dislike a few things in life but mushy pink tomatoes drive me bonkers! Does anyone else out there love dishes with minimal ingredients?!Lentil soup with bits of carrots, onion, and ginger!
This soup was savory with a fairly strong ginger presence. Personally, I love all things lentils so, it was a must to order this one!
