Moist Delicious Smoked Turkey Legs Recipe

Ingredients1/2 gallon of water
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons thyme
2 tablespoons sage
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice

InstructionsIn a large bowl mix together all ingredients.
Using an injector, inject each muscle with liquid.
Add turkey legs to the remaining liquid and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
Smoke for 3 hours at 225° in smoker.
Smoke for 1 1/2 hours at 250° in smoker.
