Bedroom sizes are very decent as well.

They have great spacing between apartment blocks with landscaped gardens and club houses separating buildings. Also except one block (Building 2), the other 4 blocks are all placed in such a way that the outward facing windows never face another apartment block ensuring excellent privacy.
Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells is located near Global Village Tech Park (Formerly known as Tanglin SEZ). This Software and BPO SEZ is spread across 114 acres and hosts some very large and highly respectable IT companies. The Location is also close to the NICE Road and Outer Ring Road (about 6 kms) which gives you easy access to JP Nagar, Bannerghatta Road and Electronic City.
Very nice amenities at Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells. The property has everything you would expect from a project of this scale. They have a large swimming pool with a kids pool, club house with indoor games and several courts like a tennis court, squash court and basket ball court. They have an amphitheater and beautifully landscaped gardens. Main doors at Prestige Temple bells are not teak wood even though they are good quality wood and will still look like teak due to nice teak polishing on both sides.
Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells is located in close proximity to the Vrishabhavathi river where BWSSB traditionally used to discharge sewage. This could mean bad smell in the summer months. Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells is an excellent buy for people looking for a home in the Bangalore West area around Mysore road. The property is priced perfectly and is in the budget range of most people. They have good choice of floor plans, nice amenities and close to Global Village Tech Park and a couple of other IT companies. The access is easy with NICE Road and Outer Ring Road being close. On the negative side make a site visit to see how much the proximity to Vrishabhavathi river bothers you. We did not visit the site during summer so there was no smell at all. We suggest you to compare Prestige Temple Bells with Brigade Panorama and Salarpuria Divinity before making a decision. All these properties are in the similar price range and in the same area. Overall a good choice to go for. The only building we did not like was Building 2 (and some homes facing it) as it has some windows facing another apartment block. All other 4 blocks are extremely well placed for privacy. The bedroom sizes are decent and again with various floor plans they have a mix of small and big bedroom options to accomodate for various budget needs. Also we loved the thoughtful placement of various living areas. For example every home including the smallest 1 bedroom home comes with a foyer before the living room so you have a separate area for your footwear stand and a place to wear your shoes. Kitchens are at least 13 feet wide and more for larger plans. Every home has at least one common bathroom so that when you have guests or other visitors they do not have a reason to come in to a bedroom. If you like golf there is the 9 hole Eagleton golf course close to Bidadi. The NICE Road and Outer Ring Road give you access to South Bangalore areas like J.P Nagar, Bannerghatta Road, Electronics City and Koramangala which all host many IT companies. There are also nice hospitals and schools near this area. This project however gets a lower rating of 7.4 because of the proximity to the Vrishabhavathi river, the distance of 6 kilometer to the NICE Road and the fact that the nearest Metro is in Mysore road which is also about 6 to 7 kilometers away.

But at the same time it is well balanced. For example your entire home gets vitrified tiles. Master bedroom get a counter top basin. The kitchen comes with granite top and a 2 feet dado (the wall attached to the counter). Bathrooms and Balconies come with anti-skid tiles. All piping in bathrooms are suspended and concealed with a false ceiling. Overall a well balanced specification for the house. They get a lower rating of 7.2 for the vitrified tiles in the common areas other than ground floor.
APPRECIATION POTENTIAL ” Prestige Temple Bells ReviewsWe feel that the area of Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells will appreciate well in future although we do not expect quick returns. There are plans to connect Mysore and Bangalore to develop a twin city concept. However the progress has been slow due to several conflicts with the NICE developers and the state government. But just the fact that NICE road is operational and provides faster connectivity to all areas of Bangalore has driven property prices higher here and will continue to go up. If the the BMIC project ever takes off this area will see some major appreciation similar to what is happening with North Bangalore now. Without expecting that to happen this area will still ride on the appreciation due to general shortage of homes in Bangalore which is fetching about 8 to 10% appreciation per year. We give Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells a slightly lower rating of 8.2 compared to Salarpuria Divinity given the location advantage of Salarpuria Divinity which is rated at 8.4
