HTC myTouch 4G Slide Recovery Tools

Below are the different popular custom recovery tools available for the HTC myTouch 4G Slide. Android phone & tablets come with a stock recovery but the main feature is usually limited to performing factory resets or updating your device. Custom recoveries can be used to backup or restore your Android device. Other useful features that people will use it for is to root, install custom ROMs, mods, and even theme their device. So in a nut shell, recoveries are a big deal. The most popular custom recovery is Clockwork Recovery and you’ve most likely have seen it around the net as [CWM].
