Download the z4Root apk file to your PCConnect your phone to the PC via USB cableNow transfer the apk file to the root of your phone SD cardDisconnect the phone after you have copied the apk file overOn your phone, visit the Play Store & download a file manger like Now Go to Menu > Settings > Applications & enable Unknown SourcesAlso go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Development and enable USB DebuggingNow launch ES File Explorer on your phone and locate the z4Root apk file you copied over in Step 3Tap the z4root apk to install it on your phoneExit ES File Explorer and launch the z4Root app from your App drawerTap the Root button in the z4Root app to start rooting your phoneWait patiently while the app works its magic and roots your device.
