DoTerra On Guard Review
DoTerra On Guard Essential oil is great for preventing the onset of a cold, immunity boost and other applications such as a non toxic cleaner. It contains a blend of Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Leaf, and Rosemary Leaf/Flower essential oils.
For the onset of a cold the recommendation by many is to put coco oil on the bottom of your foot and rub a couple drops of DoTerra Onguard over the coconut oil. The coconut oil helps the skin to absorb the beneficial essential oils while putting on the bottom of foot allows it to be circulated into your system.
But as for another way that this can be used is simply by ingesting it. Sometimes if I get a cough or feel like I am catching a cold I drop a drop in my coffee or tea and it clears me right up. It can also be used as a non toxic cleaner. But I bought it as a health supplement and it works for me!
