He has more than 30 years experience in, and will be pleased to advice clients on, contractual disputes, building & construction claims, boundary disputes, defamation, commercial disputes and general litigation, claimant and defendant. He will conduct the matter in accordance with your instructions, and one of the aspects he will keep constantly under review is the likely financial impact of the case and its associated costs upon you and/or your company. He will identify and instruct appropriate experts and, where necessary, barristers with the necessary expertise.
