You can try any of the methods most of them are effective.

Method 1
To fix invalid MMI code in android phones: It could be due to any recently installed app that which is causing this error in your smart phone. I advice you to uninstall any app installed recently. To check just turn safe mode on in your smart phone and try to call or type service providers any code.
Like *141#, *123# etc.
Safe mode will disable all your apps and you can use basic features like calling etc.
