Gymnastics is an activity which requires a number of different physical attributes; including strength, flexibility, agility, co-ordination and balance while covering a number of different styles. Internationally, all of the gymnastics are governed by the Federation Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) with each country having it’s own national governing body affiliated to FIG. Competitive Artistic gymnastics is possibly the most well-known and viewed of the sport. Typically it involves the women’s event of uneven parallel bars, balance beam, floor exercise and vault. The men’s event’s include floor exercise, pommell horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar. Although each of these events is also seen as a compeitive activity in it’s own right too. There is also other gymnastic sports including trampolining and aerobic / acrobatic events. The Sure Shot Gymnastics range was launched in 2007 and includes a range of mats; varying in both size and thickness. The range also includes Wooden benches in various lengths and colours too as well as trolleys for various uses. This range has now been increased to include a number of different Soft Play items too.
