How to Enable Password Saving in FileZilla Client

FileZilla is a free FTP application and most popular FTP solution. If you are a FileZilla Client user and try to save password in Site Manager, you’ll be facing the following error.Saving of passwords has been disabled by you.‘Normal’ and ‘Account’ logontypes are not available.Your entry has been changed to ‘Ask for password’.

Because of this issue, Site Manager wouldn’t remember password and FileZilla will ask for password every time you try to connect to the server. To solve the FileZilla not saving passwords issue, you should enable password saving in FileZilla settings. Follow the below steps to allow FileZilla to enable password saving.
Go to the Edit » Settings.
Select Interface page from the left side page selection panel.
Under the Behaviour section, uncheck Do not save passwords checkbox.
Now press OK button to save settings.
