For successful completion of this process charge your phone up to a minimum of 75% battery.

You must take a back-up of all your personnel items and other impotent data, such as Call Logs, SMS, Contacts, Audios, Images, Videos, APN (Access Point Names) settings, Bookmarks, MMS settings, on your phone.

If you have not, then you must unlock your Android device’s Bootloader.

You must have rooted down your Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 before applying this tutorial.

Please ensure that all your security suites, like firewall and antivirus, on Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 must be disabled.

You must enable USB Debugging mode on your Samsung Galaxy Y S5360. Just follow, Settings–>Applications–>Development–>USB debugging. There select the USB Debugging icon.

Firstly, download a .zip file to your phone.

Next, extract the above downloaded .zip file in your memory card using Zipper.

After extracting it, you will have a folder named as “Backup” with 2 other files “Thumbs.db” and “Desktop.jpg”.

Now, under the “Backup” you will have one folder named as “DDLE1”. While in “DDLE1” folder you will have System.rfs.tar, Cache.rfs.tar, Nandroid.rsf.tar, etc.

Now, switch off your phone to enter into the Recovery Mode. For this just press the Down Volume & Home button simultaneously, and while pressing these buttons press down your Power button at the same time.

Since you are now in the Recovery Mode, select the “Wipe Data/Factory Reset” and “Wipe Cache Partition” options for wiping off data and all the caches from your phone memory.

Now select the “Backup & Restore” option.

Next, under the “Restore” choose the “DDLE1” option.

Finally, click to confirm for restoring DDLE1.

Now wait for about 10 minutes for flashing process to complete.

After the completion of this process, you should select the “reboot system now” option to restart your device, and then reboot it in the Normal Mode.
