8-Now disconnect Xperia L and switch off it. Now turn on it by hold power button and volume up button at same time till phone makes a vibrate.

9-Now you are in CWM recovery mode. Select option to clear all your data.

10-Select and click from advance option.

11-Now go back in recovery menu and select option.

12-Now choose

ROM zip file and install it.

13-After that do same with G apps zip file and install it.

14-Now you are done. Select option and click on reboot system now.
