1-To Update Xperia Tablet Z 4.4.4 Kitkat ,you should have an original Sony USB cable of your phone.

2-Now install USB drive of Sony.If you don’t have,download from >><< 3-Charge your phone’s battery upto 80%.[Your phone must be rooted on latest CWM or TWRAP recovery] 4-Please make a backup of all your user data such as Messages,Call logs,Contacts,Apps data.Because rom install process may wipe out all data. 5-Now enable USB debugging by navigate to Settings>>Developer option>>USB Debugging.

6- Now download these Rom files.

7-After following above steps now connect your phone to PC & copy above download file to your phone’s SD card root folder.

8-Now disconnect your phone and turn off it .now press volume up button few times during boot to enter in boot menu.

9-Now create a backup of your original rom which is installed on your phone at that time,To make a backup,Select Backup and Restore option and go to next screen,Select Backup option again.After complete your backup, go back to recovery menu.

10-Now you are in CWM recovery mode. Select option to clear all your data.

11-select and click from advance option.

12-Now go back in recovery menu and select option.

13-Now choose rom zip file and install it.

14-After that do same steps with G apps zip file and install it.

15-Now you are done. Select option and click on reboot system now.

After Xperia Tablet Z 4.4.4 Kitkat Update – LTE Version ,If you wants to go to previous rom of your phone then boot into recovery and select backup then go to restore option,Restore your previous rom by selecting from the list.

1-Connect your phone to PC & copy above download file to your phone’s SD card root folder.

3-Now you are in TRWP recovery mode. Select option to clear all your data.

4-select and click from bottom of the screen.

5-Now create a backup using TWRP backup option.

6-Now tap on install and choose the rom file.After that tap on add more zips and add Gapps.zip file.

7-Now at the bottom of the screen,Tap on confirm flash option to begin flash process.

8-After installation process complete,Go back to recovery menu and tap on reboot and select System reboot.
