Charles Dunstan
Charles Dunstan is located in Augusta, Georgia and co-founded 3D Development in 2010 in order to focus on single tenant net-leased development, particularly Family Dollar Stores’ preferred developer program.
Since its inception, 3D has completed over one hundred freestanding locations for Family Dollar Stores, Inc. across eight southeastern states.
Prior to establishing 3D, Mr. Dunstan operated a brokerage and development company where he became well versed in landlord and tenant representation, pro-forma budgeting, shopping center leasing, and redevelopment.
Additional experience includes three years as a Real Estate Manager for a national retailer out of Atlanta, Georgia.Mr. Dunstan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
Doug George
Doug George is a Houston, TX based veteran of the commercial real estate development and brokerage industries.
His primary focus at 3D Development is on freestanding single-tenant, net-leased properties. His track record includes the successful completion of development projects across the country for a multitude of national retail and hospitality brands.
In addition to development, Mr. George’s resume includes extensive experience in tenant representation, project leasing, land acquisition/disposition and brokerage of income-producing properties.Mr. George holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The University of Texas – McCombs School of Business as well as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business.
Frank Durst
A native of Augusta, Georgia, Frank M. Durst IV graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
Mr. Durst entered the commercial real industry upon graduation and has worked in all facets of the business.
His experience includes leasing, property management, retail development / redevelopment, site selection, sales, construction coordination, budgeting, financing and property acquisition.
In 2001, Mr. Durst founded Blue Cedar Properties to invest, acquire, develop and redevelop income producing properties.
In 2010, Mr. Durst co-founded 3D Development to focus on developing real estate nationwide.
Tom Friedlob
Tom Friedlob is a Greenville, SC resident with a long history in both commercial and residential construction management. Mr. Friedlob joined the 3D Development team in 2012 to handle construction management services throughout the southeast.A graduate of Clemson University with a BS degree from the School of Accountancy, Mr. Friedlob’ s area of expertise is fostering the relationship between developer and client during the construction and due diligence process.Over the last decade, he has managed the development of 900,000 feet of retail space for retailers including CVS, Starbucks and Family Dollar.
