Crispy Jello Popcorn Recipe
Crispy, crunchy and sweet, this is not your typical soggy jello popcorn recipe.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Prepare two 9 x 13 cake pans by lining with foil or baking parchment. Spray with vegetable spray. Cover counter with parchment or wax paper Pour popcorn into a large bowl removing old-maids. In a medium saucepan, stir the ingredients together, over medium heat and bring to a boil. Allow to boil constantly stirring it, for 3 minutes. Drizzle Jello mixture onto the popcorn and gently stir it until the popcorn is evenly coated. Pour the popcorn onto the prepared pans. Bake for 20 mins., stirring twice during baking. Remove from oven and allow it to cool in pans a few minutes then dump onto counter prepared with wax paper or baker’s parchment.. Cool completely and break into chunks. Store tightly covered.
