HTML5 is a language structure and presenting content for the World Wide Web and will be the core technology of the Internet in the near future, first proposed by Opera Software. This is the 5th version of the HTML language and currently being developed by the World Wide Web Consortium and WHATWG.

Target core language design is improved support for the latest multimedia while keeping people and equipment, computer programs such as web browsers, screen readers, etc.. can read, understand, or handle easily. HTML5 will still retain the basic features of HTML4 and adds outstanding specifications of XHTML, DOM, particularly JavaScript.

Is the next version of HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.1, HTML5 is a reaction in response to criticism that the HTML and XHTML are widely used on the World Wide Web is a mixture of features introduced by many software manufacturers such as Adobe, Sun Microsystems, Mozilla, Apple, Google, … and there are many syntax errors in web documents.

This is an attempt to create a markup language that can be written in HTML or XHTML syntax. It includes detailed processing models to increase compatibility, expand, improve and rationalize the markup available for documents, making marking and introduce new application programming interface (API application programming interfaces) to create complex Web applications.
