, the enterprise data backup solution from Code 42 Software, makers of , have released version 3 of their remote backup solution for enterprises.

Unlike CrashPlan or , the cloud data backed up with CrashPlan PROe is in control of the user, not at CrashPlan’s data center.

Notable add-ons to version 3 of CrashPlan PROe include mobile apps to access user data, backup sets, ability to choose which networks to run backups on and power-saving features to prevent battery drain (which we just saw in ) along with support for multiple LDAP servers.
